9C Design Co. uses 3rd party logistics partners. Each have their own delivery timelines.

You can track your order status based on each shipping airway bill number shared via a Shipping eMail sent during the dispatch date. You can track the details via our Dashboard or if you have access to the order eMail along with the Order # you can track via the Track Order.

All garments listed on the website are made-on-order, thus a minimum of 2 to 3 working weeks is required for the Dispatch.

The Dispatch Date is an estimate for the product to be produced for your order. We will send you an eMail, when we have the order ready for Shipment pickup.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

All domestic orders will take approximately 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

NOTE: These timelines may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for any delay due to Logistics and only liable for the Date of Dispatch.

However, Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code. The correctness of the address is customer’s responsibility.

Also be aware that all shipments to any Hotels/ Colleges/ Schools/ Hostels/ Corporates are placed at the customer’s risk. If the institutes warden/incharge does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, 9C Design Co. will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer\’s account, nor shall 9C Design Co. attempt re-shipment of the same order.

WHAT IF ANY DELAYS

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail and for the same no compensation will be given.

Due to natural calamities like Snowfall, Flood, Earthquake, Tsunami etc. In such circumstances, we would not be able to deliver products on time.

Each piece is thoughtfully made to order, hence returns are not accepted.
We will gladly replace the product in case of any manufacturing defect.
